All tenant inquiries are logged and responded to within 24 hours. If your request is received at the end of a business day, it will be addressed in the next business day.

Tenants may submit their requests through the Tenant Service Request hotline at 1-844-291-8075 between the hours of 8 am-4 pm Monday to Friday. 

Weekends: For requests submitted Friday after 3:00pm, your request will be addressed on the following Monday morning.

Long Weekends: A request submitted after 3:00pm on the day prior to a long weekend will be addressed on the following business day.

After Hours Emergencies

EFC Developments defines emergency requests ONLY as no water, power, heat and or breach of security. In such circumstances, please call our after hour’s emergency line.
